NextPhoto Subprocessors

1. Overview

NextPhoto uses carefully selected service providers to help operate the platform. These providers may process customer or end-user information on NextPhoto’s behalf for limited business purposes such as hosting, storage, authentication, payments, messaging, analytics, support, and fulfillment support.

This page provides a current summary of the main categories of subprocessors used by NextPhoto. Specific vendors may change over time as the platform evolves.

2. Core Infrastructure and Storage

• Cloud hosting and compute providers used to run the application and background jobs.
• Object storage and content delivery providers used to store and serve uploaded images, galleries, exports, and related files.
• Database and managed platform providers used to store operational data and account records.

• Email service providers used for account notices, gallery notifications, receipts, and operational email.
• SMS and phone service providers used for verification, order notifications, booking reminders, and related transactional messaging.

Not every subprocessor receives all categories of data. Access depends on the function being provided and the features a customer uses.
