NextPhoto DMCA Policy

1. Policy Overview

NextPhoto respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act where applicable.

2. Submitting a Copyright Notice

If you believe content made available through NextPhoto infringes your copyright, send a written notice to services@nextphoto.app that includes enough detail for us to identify the allegedly infringing material and evaluate the claim.

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The specific URL, gallery, file, or material you want us to review.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe content you submitted to NextPhoto was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to services@nextphoto.app.

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

NextPhoto may remove content, disable access, suspend accounts, or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

5. No Determination of Ownership

NextPhoto is a platform provider and generally does not determine ownership of uploaded content absent a valid legal notice, clear evidence of misuse, or another legal obligation.
