NextPhoto API Terms
Effective date: March 17, 2026
1. Scope
These API Terms apply to any use of NextPhoto APIs, webhooks, embedded widgets, scripts, developer credentials, and related integration tools made available by NextPhoto.
These API Terms supplement the NextPhoto Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Authorized Access
- You may access the API only with credentials issued or approved by NextPhoto.
- You may use the API only for your internal business purposes and permitted customer-facing workflows.
- You are responsible for all use of your API credentials, tokens, webhook secrets, and embedded assets.
3. Restrictions
- You may not use the API or embeds to replicate, replace, or compete with the NextPhoto platform.
- You may not scrape, bulk export, mirror, or harvest protected content outside intended workflows.
- You may not bypass tenant isolation, access controls, subscription limits, usage metering, or security controls.
- You may not expose private galleries, customer records, orders, or personal information to unauthorized parties.
4. Rate Limits and Operational Controls
NextPhoto may impose rate limits, concurrency limits, payload limits, access scopes, and other operational restrictions. We may change those limits at any time to protect platform stability and security.
If your integration causes performance, security, abuse, or compliance concerns, NextPhoto may throttle, suspend, rotate, or revoke access without prior notice.
5. Data Handling and Privacy
You may process personal information received through the API only as necessary to support authorized workflows and in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
You may not sell, broker, or use API-derived data to build independent datasets, advertising networks, identity graphs, or competing products.
6. Developer Responsibilities
- Maintain reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards for credentials and data.
- Promptly disable compromised tokens and notify NextPhoto of suspected unauthorized access.
- Validate and safely handle webhook payloads, file links, event data, and customer identifiers.
- Respect user permissions, gallery visibility settings, and tenant boundaries.
7. Embedded Widgets and Scripts
If NextPhoto provides embeddable widgets, scripts, or storefront components, you may use them only as documented by NextPhoto and only in a way that preserves attribution, security, branding, customer protections, and intended functionality.
You may not modify embedded code to remove protections, interfere with payments, or misrepresent NextPhoto’s role in the workflow.
8. Availability and Changes
NextPhoto may add, change, deprecate, or remove endpoints, fields, event types, authentication methods, or developer features at any time. We may provide notice when commercially reasonable, but we are not required to maintain any API version indefinitely.
9. Suspension and Termination
NextPhoto may suspend or terminate API or embed access if you violate these API Terms, create platform risk, exceed permitted usage, fail to pay required fees, or use the developer tools in a way that harms users, partners, or the Services.
